As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to dealership service personnel, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with Honda, State, and Federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance dealership performance
  • Maintain and improve training center facilities and equipment
  • Collaborate with district and dealership teams to analyze training needs and develop solutions
  • Support and develop direct report instructors and administrators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Industrial, Education, or Business
  • 2+ years of experience in training or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
