Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urology Department team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the department's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services, including collection of information, leadership of educational activities, and documentation of services provided.
- Support customer service and performance improvement goals of the department, collaborating with other caregivers and staff to enhance patient care and service.
- Triage patient calls, taking accurate messages and routing tasks appropriately, schedule provider time, and document patient correspondence in the EMR.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in treating the program's patient population.
- Active Practical Nurse License in the state of New Jersey.
