Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Specialist
Job Summary:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to pediatric clients in their homes. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Current CPR Card
- Experience working with pediatric clients and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
