Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will carry out various clerical and administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and prepare formal communications and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office
- Handle incoming phone inquiries
- Create and maintain systematic filing systems
- Assist in planning and executing events
- Draft and review documents for accuracy
- Manage office supplies and requests
- Undertake additional office duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative roles or similar fields
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational capabilities
