This position involves supervising clinicians and serving as the primary point of contact for referral agencies. When necessary, the Clinical Supervisor may take on clients and provide clinical support to individuals and their families, helping them overcome obstacles and develop support networks. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor provides education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinicians to ensure high-quality services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for referral agencies
  • Provide clinical support to clients and their families as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families
  • Maintain Active NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with insured transportation
