Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians and providing exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support clinicians in their work with clients
- Provide clinical guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality services
- Collaborate with referral agencies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans and strategies
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to clinicians
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families
- Active NH licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with insured transportation
