PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Availability for emergency service calls at all hours
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended shifts as required
  • Construct hydraulic hose assemblies directly at client sites
  • Remove and install hose assemblies efficiently
  • Ensure proper hose routing in accordance with OEM guidelines
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machinery
  • Assist in providing accurate estimates for larger projects
  • Report data for invoicing clearly and promptly
  • Maintain and safeguard company equipment diligently
  • Travel for extended assignments, ranging from a few weeks to several months for specialized projects.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment independently
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with clients
  • Commitment to excellence in service delivery
  • Effective interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Capability to perform under pressure
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Experience in a mechanical role (two years or more preferred)
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Attention to detail in all tasks
  • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Flexibility and quick thinking in dynamic situations
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
