Key Responsibilities
  • Support all business units with new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance
  • Monitor store compliance with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing using PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems
  • Respond and process SNOW cases promptly by verifying all issues in HireRight, Talent Source, and PeopleSoft systems
  • Support stores on associate's Onboarding & I-9 E-Verify issues
  • Perform HRIS administrative tasks, creating notifications, creating reference documents, using Microsoft Office, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and running data audits
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in HR Services/systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to set priorities with good organization and follow-up skills
  • A high degree of accuracy
  • Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • PeopleSoft, Service Now (SNOW), HRIS Onboarding Systems, Taleo
