Key Responsibilities- Support all business units with new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance
- Monitor store compliance with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing using PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems
- Respond and process SNOW cases promptly by verifying all issues in HireRight, Talent Source, and PeopleSoft systems
- Support stores on associate's Onboarding & I-9 E-Verify issues
- Perform HRIS administrative tasks, creating notifications, creating reference documents, using Microsoft Office, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and running data audits
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in HR Services/systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to set priorities with good organization and follow-up skills
- A high degree of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- PeopleSoft, Service Now (SNOW), HRIS Onboarding Systems, Taleo
- Weekly Pay starting at $25/hr
