About the Role:

This is a Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible position, with a pay range of $21 - $23 / Hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and prospective residents.
  • Oversee or be a part of the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management applications.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to generate leases and leads.
  • Work weekends and be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service with great problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • High energy and infectious personality with excellent sales skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Passionate about leasing and helping people find a home.
  • Ability to learn and understand in-place pricing models.
