Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Desk Senior to join our team. As a key member of our IT service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, executing scripts and answering calls to troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
  • Open and close tickets, correlating events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
  • Meet service level goals and targets, leveraging experience in IT customer service, including two (2) years of IT ticketing system experience and one (1) year of experience in remote desk takeover tools and usage.
  • Possess a certification in a process-based platform, including programs equal to ITIL, HDI, CoBIT, Lean Six, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Hold an IAT Level II Certification and an active Secret Clearance.
