Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join a long-term DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy and USMC located in Quantico, VA. The Network Administrator will be responsible for providing end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist with network administration and troubleshooting


Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues


Work directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues


Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls

Required Qualifications:


Must have an Active Secret Clearance


2-5+ Years of Network Administration experience


Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher (CCNA highly desired)


Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices

Benefits:


Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 **depending on experience**
