804 Technology is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain Physical Assets: Ensure the integrity of our properties, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Supervise Employees: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Vendors: Work with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Make Recommendations: Provide recommendations for physical repairs and replacements to ensure our properties remain in good condition.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees and vendors follow safety protocols and report any potential hazards.
- Prioritize Maintenance: Schedule and prioritize routine, preventative, and non-routine maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property performance.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Familiarity with Section 8 Housing: Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English: Fluency in both languages is preferred.
