As a Transitions Operations Specialist at Citizens Private Wealth, you will be a crucial part in the onboarding of a newly recruited Wealth Advisory teams. The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The operations specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team. 

Primary responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with Transition Manager to define plan to onboard experienced Wealth Manager Advisory teams
  • Shepherds the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired clients and assets (Account Opening & Transfers)
  • Works to organize technology, systems, and tools prior to day one onboarding
  • Act as a resource on firm policies and procedures
  • Maintain/manage organized data on workflow submissions and cases
  • Serve as a liaison for the wealth manager teams and the various business units within the firm
  • Respond to daily inquiries and ad-hoc requests for clients and ensure timely solutions and deliverables

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related, preferred
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills - tech savvy
  • Excellent client service and collaboration skills - highly organized
  • Ability to travel domestically, up to 75%, and for extended periods of time is required (likely to CA, FL, BOS, NY)
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and can proactively recognize and anticipate client needs
  • Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finish, with minimal direction
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66, strongly preferred (as well as knowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) requirements)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Financial Industry experience, Wealth management and/or brokerage operations
  • Experience in Wealth Management sales support or middle office operations, strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated and relevant brokerage Operational Experience, preferred
  • An understanding of CSI Operational processes, policies, and procedures, preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40 (overtime eligible)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (some weekends)
  • In Office/Hybrid, plus travel required

Pay Transparency 

  • The salary range for this position is $33.65 - $46.15 per hour with eligibility to earn an annual discretionary incentive and the potential to earn a total compensation up to 100k. Overtime and travel is required. Some weekend work required. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
