Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Vokey Wedges

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager - Vokey Wedges will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on Vokey.com. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with our global brand goals and objectives.
• Integrate various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
• Work with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Plan and execute content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta etc.).
• Monitor budget allocation and adjust to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the brand team to enhance the user experience on titleist.com and vokey.com.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, such as improving site navigation, optimizing product pages, and streamlining the Wedge Works customization process.
• Analyze UX and provide feedback and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required. Marketing or communications degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience required in interactive marketing or website related marketing or content development. Golf experience preferred. Golf knowledge and passion for the game required. Knowledge of HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, CMS systems, video editing software or equivalents required. Ability to work in a team environment and translate needs into solutions through creativity, organization and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment a must.
