Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Client Support: Offer technical assistance to clients, including answering questions, identifying problems, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Documentation: Assist in writing and maintaining documentation and other client IT-related instructions.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the development of client training and onboarding programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
  • System Performance: Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Currently enrolled in a technology or IT certificate or degree program.
  • Experience: Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred.
  • Skills: Customer service, quality focus, verbal communication, problem-solving, LAN knowledge, operating systems, phone skills, PC proficiency, and system administration.
Work Environment

As an IT Support Specialist at Best Point Education & Behavioral Health, you will be exposed to a combination of office, school, and mental health treatment environments. You may be exposed to children with behavior problems and may be required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands
