  • Do you possess sales or management experience in a different sector?
  • Have you previously operated your own business?
  • Do you hold an MBA or an equivalent qualification?

In our Accelerated Path to Management Program, you will initially serve as a financial professional, mastering our products, cultivating client relationships, and fulfilling specific criteria before transitioning into a management role. Following this, you will participate in a comprehensive six-month training program designed to prepare you for success as a manager, where you will learn to recruit and mentor others.

What We Provide

Your Initial Year

During your first year, you will gain firsthand experience in the role of a financial professional, supported by extensive training, access to digital resources, and a diverse product portfolio.

Training and Resources

You will receive exceptional training that will enhance your understanding of the value and strength of New York Life. In addition to this training, we will offer resources to support your daily activities, including expert guidance and a suite of digital tools for sales, prospecting, and marketing to help you engage and retain clients.

Product Solutions

You will become familiar with our extensive range of products and services designed to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives. New York Life, along with its subsidiaries, offers competitive insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products through our broker-dealer.

Your Transition to a Management Role

Upon meeting specific criteria in your first year as a financial professional, you will enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We will support you in leading and developing your team of financial professionals.

Compensation Structure

As you begin your journey with New York Life as a financial professional, your income will be commission-based. Upon qualifying for the Associate Partner role, you will receive a salary, with the range for this position being competitive, along with eligibility for bonuses and additional incentives based on team performance. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and retirement plans.
