Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced restaurant operations manager to lead our team at bartaco. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall operation of the location and maintaining the integrity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, prioritizing guest service and satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest complaints, resolving them in a way that ensures a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff who provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives through effective cost controls and sales growth.
  • Assist with community involvement programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain profitability by operating within labor productivity guidelines and providing quality food and service.
  • Manage direct operating expenses, minimizing costs without impacting operations.
  • Ensure safe working conditions by identifying and addressing safety hazards.
  • Promote accurate and timely completion of daily paperwork, including payroll, purchase orders, and employment-related forms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience, including leadership roles as an hourly team member.
  • Prior high-volume management experience required.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance and 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to work on feet and remain alert for extended periods.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.
