The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panda Express Centre Pointe & Tanger Outlet. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring, training, and developing associates to achieve high levels of performance
  • Managing inventory, labor costs, and food quality to ensure optimal profitability
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
