Job Overview

As an Assembly Technician at Vault Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in constructing high-quality shelters. Your responsibilities will include assembling various components such as roofs and lighting fixtures, utilizing both hand and power tools while adhering to detailed assembly instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to comprehensive assembly instructions, processes, and protocols.
  • Assemble components in accordance with blueprint specifications.
  • Utilize a tape measure for accurate material measurements and comprehend print readings.
  • Notify management of any quality, equipment, or material issues.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with hand and power tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in carpentry.
  • Familiarity with saws, panel saws, nail guns, and packaging machinery.
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Competence in performing basic calculations involving fractions.
  • Ability to read and interpret cut sheet instructions and blueprints.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
