Clinical Leadership Role

CALM is a community-based mental health agency serving Santa Barbara County, California, with a mission to prevent childhood trauma, heal children and families, and build resilient communities.
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, master's degree in social work, or master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and current California licensure.
A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience post-licensure is required, with preference given to candidates with experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing weekly individual clinical supervision to clinical staff, facilitating group supervision or case consultation as required, and ensuring that supervisees are implementing CALM's core evidence-based modalities to fidelity.
