Job Summary

The Clinician Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our clinics. Working closely with the Medical Director, Site Director, and Clinic Manager, this leader will develop clinical standards and core commitments for patient care. In collaboration with the Leadership Team, the Clinician Lead will partner with clinicians and support staff to create a strategic plan for the clinic, implement clinical standards, and deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Improve the quality of all services provided by the clinic.
  • Enhance access to care and information for patients, community groups, and clinic staff.
  • Foster highly functioning care teams.
  • Organize and lead meetings of all clinicians and teams.
  • Work closely with the Site Director and Clinic Manager to improve clinic systems.
  • Evaluate clinician performance, including punctuality, attendance at office meetings, timeliness of documentation, and adherence to SRCH and site standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
