We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with multiple years of experience in the field of ABA, who can motivate the clinical team and maintain BBR's low turnover rate. You will be responsible for supervising other supervisors, coordinating with the clinical team weekly, facilitating team meetings, managing difficult clients and personnel issues, and ensuring staff adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and support the clinical team to achieve exceptional behavioral outcomes.
  • Supervise other supervisors and ensure seamless execution of school hours as needed.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team on a weekly basis to discuss ongoing cases and strategies.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Manage complex client and personnel issues effectively.
  • Take on a caseload of 10-15 cases and ensure timely completion and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Review, sign, and conduct final assessments for new clients (FBA's).
  • Attend networking events to foster industry connections and opportunities.
  • Perform monthly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Evaluate and monitor programs to ensure effective implementation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Must possess leadership skills and a positive approach to driving growth.
  • Current and valid BCBA license.
  • Clear certification through the BACB.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children ages 2-18 with Autism diagnoses.
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
  • Comfortable working in various locations, including clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Knowledge of software programs, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Central Reach.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
