**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Leadership Position to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to clients, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide weekly individual clinical supervision to staff members
  • Support staff in developing skills necessary to assess, diagnose, case conceptualize, and manage interpersonal dynamics that impact the therapeutic process
  • Help staff identify yearly professional development goals and monitor progress toward those goals
  • Ensure that staff are implementing CALM's core evidence-based modalities to fidelity
  • Regularly solicit and provide feedback to staff regarding supervision, including providing a yearly evaluation of staff clinical performance

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, a master's degree in social work, or a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. You must also have current California licensure and at least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure. Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families is preferred.
