Core Responsibilities

The Educational Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering academic success by providing assistance with assignments and developing engaging lesson plans across various subjects. This position involves monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, and working closely with learners to promote their educational achievements.

Key Duties

  • Support students in completing homework and school projects.
  • Design and implement weekly activities that promote both academic and cultural development.
  • Curate, modify, and prepare instructional materials for diverse learning environments.
  • Facilitate student engagement through activities such as reading comprehension, writing exercises, grammar lessons, and mathematical problem-solving.
  • Foster a positive and conducive learning atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Guide students by assigning tasks and providing timely feedback on their work.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and activities.
  • Encourage the development of critical thinking and advanced cognitive skills among students.
  • Offer personalized support and attention through one-on-one tutorials and meetings.
  • Assess student performance based on participation, assignments, and assessments.
