Position Overview:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Proficient in fostering strong tenant relationships.
  • Personable demeanor with a proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong capabilities in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial buildings.
  • Adopt a hands-on management approach.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement action plans to enhance property performance.
  • Work closely with the executive team to achieve strategic goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate vendor service contracts and cultivate relationships to ensure optimal performance and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct annual CAM reconciliations and adjust forecasts as necessary.
