We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Associate to join our national industrial property management team at JLL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the national IPM team, including four executives.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including client lists, underwriting, and significant data within a tracker system.
  • Work with the team to track and maintain all data aspects associated with industrial property management.
  • Support national proposal preparation by updating and creating proposals and presentations as required for business development activities.
  • Assist in the review and edit national manuals and handbooks in MS Word.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, email, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare expense reports in firm's software and submit expense reports, track status, and reconcile corporate charge card statements.
  • Use JLL platforms tools to manage administrative functions required by the national team.
  • Process incoming/outgoing invoices with accounting and provide updates to clients/vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • (3+) years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellence in MS Office, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe InDesign experience a plus but not required.
  • Self-Starter - able to start and complete projects independently.
  • Written/Oral communications - ability to speak and write clearly and concisely, get messages across that have the desired effect.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptability - maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities, or with various types of people.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
