Job Title: Case Manager

Join the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) as a Case Manager for the Integration Program. In this role, you will provide essential support to recently arrived refugees, helping them achieve self-sufficiency and integrate into their new communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to clients, including health and medical assistance, ESL training, and employment assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualized Service Plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and make referrals for services and resources.
  • Provide transportation to clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in case management, human services, or social work preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with refugee populations.
  • Secondary language skills, particularly Arabic, Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Farsi, Spanish, Ukrainian, Burmese, Karen, and Swahili.
