Job Title: RN Oncology Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Oncology Analyst to join our team at South Central Health System. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our oncology applications within the electronic health record.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary support contact for the application's end users, providing timely and effective resolution to issues and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact other application teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with Epic Wisconsin staff to guide workflow design, build, and testing, ensuring alignment with organizational business needs.
  • Develop and implement requested changes to the system, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic Wisconsin staff, maintaining regular communication and ensuring effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree, required.
  • Two years of oncology nursing experience, required.
  • Ability to attain assigned Epic Wisconsin Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
