  • Serve as a liaison between end-users' workflow needs and Epic (Wisconsin) staff, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives to ensure system meets organizational business needs.
  • Work with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives and organization stakeholders to ensure system meets organizational business needs, including deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop an understanding of operational needs to set direction for organization's workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions.
  • Participate in training and work with end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Troubleshoot problems and questions, providing timely and effective support.
  • Review status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
  • Participate in weekly communications with team members to discuss status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.

Education and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse, required.
  • Two years operating room or procedural nursing experience, required.
  • Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
