ROLE OVERVIEW


We are on the lookout for a Strategic Account Coordinator who will play a crucial role in driving FARMACY's ambitious growth objectives. This position is essential in ensuring that our retail partners and distributors worldwide have access to the appropriate resources, accurate information, and timely product availability.

You will oversee the daily operations related to new product introductions, sampling initiatives, visual merchandising, and updates to product listings. As a self-driven, detail-oriented professional, you excel in building relationships and prioritize operational excellence.

Collaboration will be key as you work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Brand Marketing, and Operations, as well as external partners including account managers at retail locations.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Business Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics for New Product Launches: Oversee all trade logistics for upcoming product launches.

Main Deliverable:
New Product Documentation.

Continuous Management of Retailer Requirements:

Ensure that product listings are current with the latest assets and descriptions for your designated retailers and distributors, maintaining alignment with local naming conventions.

Manage updates for existing product SKUs.

Sampling Coordination: Oversee purchase orders for the global sampling strategy.

Visual Merchandising Management: Organize file management and submissions to retailers and distributors.

General Support for Sales & Marketing Department:

Assist with various requests including competitive analysis, product detail inquiries, digital and social media asset requests, Market Week preparations, and general troubleshooting to meet retailer and distributor needs.

Requirements

Ideally, candidates should have at least 1 year of professional experience.

A minimum of one professional internship experience is preferred, ideally in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

Experience managing accounts for platforms such as Amazon, Sephora, or international retailers/distributors is advantageous.

A genuine passion for the beauty industry is essential.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is required.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage a diverse task list effectively.

Outstanding time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

Able to commute to the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from the employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

$60,000 - $65,000
