- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Manage store budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience in a retail or sales management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
