Lube Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lube & Tire Technician to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store. As a Lube & Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing routine oil & lube services, tire sales, and roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil & lube services on commercial vehicles
• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to commercial vehicles
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties
• Be mechanically inclined
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. while working in close quarters
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, ensuring compliance toward company safety policies & procedures

Work Environment

While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
