Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities.
Requirements:- Master's degree in Social Work
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification
- At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage the survey process
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year
- Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
