Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in the implementation of new payroll software (Ceridian)
  • Handle payroll for U.S employees across three states
  • Support plant managers in recruitment, work relations, and performance management
  • Ensure efficient hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations
  • Assist employees with HR queries, policies, and benefits
  • Manage benefits administration including claims resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and other computer skills
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
