Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Oasys International. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our federal government clients in the DC metro area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical project management support to the customer team in the day-to-day management of the team.
  • Assist in creating processes and procedures for the management of the team.
  • Work on consulting engagement workstreams to address risks using best practice cross-domain.
  • Communicate with team leads and senior leadership, assess changes, and rapidly change direction in support of new and/or changing program requirements.
  • Develop close relationships with our Program Managers to manage projects effectively.
  • Develop testing plans, collaborate with testers, and get feedback for improvements and adjustments.
  • Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization-project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives-to drive the delivery of technology projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to work under only general direction.
  • Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
  • Independently determines and develops an approach to solutions.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables within tight timeframes and under pressure.
  • Proficient with consulting and technical tools (MS Office Suite, analytics, etc.).
Clearance:

U.S. citizenship required.

Must possess an active Secret or ability to obtain one.

Required Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification
