ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Project Manager, Engineering to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific hardware and software components and systems.
  • Conduct systems requirements reviews, develop concepts of operation and interface standards, and assist in performing technical/non-technical system assessments and management.
  • Prepare and write technical documentation, Statements of Work, and review billing information.
  • Work with senior engineers and managers to understand and document scope and parameters for project initiation and implementation.
  • Serve as the project engineering interface between the engineering team, vendors, logistics functions, Field Service Operations, and other Frames and customers.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical management role with an understanding of IT equipment, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations and interact with all levels of personnel to provide quick and effective resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six years of hands-on systems engineering, and/or network, end-user, and security experience supporting the design, deployment, and operation of Enterprise IT capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM fundamentals and related infrastructure to include some level of experience/knowledge with ServiceNow, Splunk, VMware, Windows, UNIX, and related operating systems.
