Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for attorneys and clients.
  5. Maintain and update office calendars and scheduling systems.
  6. Assist with document preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading.
  7. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  8. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  9. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  10. Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  11. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or a related field is a plus.
  2. Previous experience as a receptionist in the legal industry is required.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and staff.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  6. Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document formats is desirable.
