Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students in a classroom setting, under the guidance of certified teachers.
  • Assist with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment, as needed.

  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support and progress.
Requirements
  • 72 college-level credits or successful completion of a paraprofessional highly qualified certification.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week, 182 days per year.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
