Customer Success Advocate

Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end support to our best customers, anticipating their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proactively communicate with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support.
- Establish and deepen relationships with customers, leveraging your knowledge of their account, products, and daily interactions.
- Support the marketing strategy to create new relationships, new customers, and new markets.
- Communicate frequently with customers on updates, information, concerns, and suggestions.
- Identify potential upsell, new product, substitution, or replacement opportunities, and develop a value strategy to meet customer needs.
- Manage deliverables to meet the team's strategic objectives, using customer benchmark data to highlight success and provide recommendations for further optimization.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including Product Managers, Sales Teams, and Marketing.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes, completing forms, applications, and customer requests as needed.
- Business travel required as needed, participating in customer visits, trade shows, and events.
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- Three to five years of relevant experience or training in customer service, customer experience, customer success, or a related field (required)
