About the Role

As an Outpatient Occupational Therapist at Providence, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve maximum independence in their daily lives. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
