About the Role:

As a Key Account Business Development Executive at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences.

You will be responsible for delivering high levels of sales and customer service to agency and brand media clients, demonstrating internal leadership across account teams and partner groups, building and executing overarching full-funnel strategies, prospecting and creating new relationships with clients, retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers, identifying net new revenue opportunities, understanding Amazon's search, display, video, and audio advertising opportunities and tools, and utilizing Sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress.

This is a dynamic role that requires a minimum of three days working from the assigned office a week and will involve travel as needed.

Salary Range:

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market, reflecting the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales across Fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building new customer relationships
  • Experience closing sales and generating revenue
