We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts towards advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong agency relationships and be able to promote our services to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for our solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target advertising agencies.
  • Source new sales opportunities through proactive communication with agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at advertising agencies.
  • Pitch managed service offerings to agencies, demonstrating value and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and stay current on industry trends.
  • Communicate needs to internal teams to build proposals and materials.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience, focusing on selling to advertising agencies.
  • Ideal candidate has a book of existing agency relationships and contacts.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Experience discussing technical aspects of paid campaign operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with ability to work independently.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
