Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions to support adolescents in recovery.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients' outside providers, such as schools and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars to stay up-to-date on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or psychology, which qualifies for State of Connecticut licensure.
  • At least one year of experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting.
