At Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC), we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric APRN / Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents in our community.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and experience with Electronic Medical Records. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
We offer a comprehensive fringe benefits package, including health care coverage and a retirement program. CIFC Health is a NACHC and a PSLF approved site, eligible for the submission of loan forgiveness applications. Responsibilities of the Pediatric APRN / Nurse Practitioner will include:
- Conducting well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up visits
- Providing education to patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to patients
- Mentoring clinical staff to support all aspects of care
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 and a Monday-Friday day-shift schedule with minimal evening or Saturday hours. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community, we encourage you to apply today.
