Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of relevant IT experience
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows Server and related applications
  • Experience with Cisco networking equipment
  • Familiarity with NAS and/or SAN technologies

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems
  • Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
  • Oversee Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments
  • Handle various Microsoft applications including Hyper-V and SQL Server
  • Support third-party applications and network devices
  • Implement and maintain network security measures
  • Assist in the daily operations for numerous users across various organizations
  • Ensure security protocols are upheld, including two-factor authentication
  • Participate in project planning and execution across diverse systems
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance technical proficiency
  • Provide on-site client support as necessary
  • Engage in an on-call rotation for system maintenance
