As the Executive Director of Engineering and Facilities, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of building utility systems, infrastructure, interiors, and non-medical equipment repairs and maintenance.

This role requires strategic planning, budgeting, and collaboration with healthcare leaders to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

The ideal candidate possesses a master's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in facility management, operations, and maintenance.

A certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) is preferred, as well as a valid Vermont Driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Utility Systems Management Plan and Fire Safety Management Plan
  • Manage the computerized maintenance management system to ensure timely completion of requests and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to assist in day-to-day activities, projects, and events
  • Participate in operational and capital budgeting processes and manage assigned budgets

The estimated salary range for this position is $73,500 - $117,500.
