Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our planning and development team, you will play a critical role in supporting business development planning projects and studies across our assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support for business development planning projects and studies, including researching, organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing complex data from various sources.
  • Work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer and administrative leadership team to meet local and system-wide strategic planning and business development requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and effective databases to support planning and decision-making.
  • Present analytic findings and other deliverables to stakeholders, using strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business development opportunities and system initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience, with a strong understanding of general strategy, marketing, and planning needs, as well as healthcare trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects of varying complexity and with competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and interactive database tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
