Job Title: Electronic Visit Verification Specialist

At 365 Health Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Visit Verification Specialist to join our team. As an EVV Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining office payroll data in compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office payroll data
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
  • Document all manual corrections
  • Process payroll in a timely manner
  • Utilize system reports to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with office staff to address EVV setup issues
  • Review and process pending approvals in the EVV system
  • Review completion of care plans for accuracy and alignment with care plans
  • Escalate over authorizations and discrepancies with schedules to appropriate representatives
Requirements:
  • Two (2) year college degree preferred
  • High school diploma accepted with relevant experience
  • One (1) year verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
