At 365 Health Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Visit Verification Specialist to join our team. As an EVV Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining office payroll data in compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely completion of office payroll in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Properly document all manual corrections and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize system reports to identify and address any discrepancies or overpayments.
- Collaborate with office staff to resolve EVV setup issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Review and process pending approvals in the EVV system to prevent overpayments.
- Two-year college degree preferred, or high school diploma with relevant experience.
- One year of verifiable work experience in a related capacity, preferably in payroll or compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft computer products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
