Your extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
  • Prepare and file business and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to customers, leveraging your knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Utilize commercial tax preparation software to prepare and file tax returns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Meet company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business tax preparation, with a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Active, unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney
  • Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year
  • Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred
  • Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers is strongly preferred
  • Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
